Content Guidelines
Accessibility isn't just about code; it's about content. Use these guidelines to ensure your text, images, and media are inclusive.
Images & Alt Text
- Informative Images:Describe the *purpose* of the image, not just its appearance.
- Decorative Images:Use an empty `alt=""` attribute so screen readers skip them.
- Complex Images:For charts or infographics, provide a text summary nearby.
Headings
Use headings (`h1`–`h6`) to create a logical outline. Do not skip levels (e.g., don't jump from `h1` to `h3`).
Link Text
Avoid "Click Here". Link text should be descriptive enough to make sense out of context.
