When you subscribe to a paid plan, we store a reference to your Stripe customer account. All payment processing, including credit card information and billing addresses, is handled directly by Stripe. We do not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details.

Support Communications

When you contact us through our support chat, we collect and store your messages to assist you and improve our support services.

License & Domain Information

When you activate a license for our accessibility widget, we record the domain name associated with the license for verification purposes.

When you use our accessibility scanner, we store the URLs you scan and the scan results to provide the service.

Supabase(Authentication & Database)

We use Supabase for user authentication and data storage. Supabase processes your email and password for authentication purposes.

Stripe(Payment Processing)

We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not have access to your full credit card number.

Netlify(Hosting)

Our website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect standard server logs including IP addresses.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use varying technologies depending on whether you are visiting our Website or using our Widget on a client site.

On Our Website:

  • Authentication:Cookies are used to keep you logged in (Supabase).
  • Preferences:Local storage is used to remember your theme choice.

In Our Accessibility Widget:

  • No Cookies:The widget does not set or track cookies on end-user devices.
  • Local Storage:We use local storage purely to save your accessibility profile settings (e.g., text size, contrast preference) so they persist across pages.
